Finally finished ...
...my last 3 entries for Scrap Your Day. I was determined to get them done at my crop today, and apart from adding a couple of wrongly sized photos when I got home, I did! So pleased to have finally finished this project - it will be great to look back on!

February: These were taken on the 26th as I'd forgotten the previous day, and yes, I had a bad day.

For the last time ...
... well actually it's today! And I remembered this month. Once the photos are taken, I've got 3 month's worth of entries to do!Have made a start on my Scarlet Lime March kit. It was in danger of not being used it's so lovely!! When I was looking through my two DD's albums the other day I realised that DD2 had far fewer LOs in hers - so I thought I'd better even up the tally!
The first LO is for the Scrap Like You Mean It challenge on UKS.

Scrap Your Day ...
... and I forgot!
Can't believe it, it's the first time since the project started In April last year. I'm so disappointed. Shall take pictures tomorrow instead, but it just won't be the same.

I also did this LO for Shimelle's Week 2 Scrap Like You Mean It challenge, which was to include hearts or stars. I've used a January PageMaps sketch.

I really should try to blog more often, I've done a few things over the past week, so I'll start with a couple of LOs from the Scarlet Lime Kit. The first is of DD1 and her friend who she has known since they were about 3 and now go to school together. We tease them a little bit and I almost called the LO 'First Love' but I thought DD1 might go mad at me for that!!!
This is a picture of the men on our Wedding Day and I did the LO for last weeks UKS challenge.

Lastly my Scrap Your Day page for Sept.
More soon!

Learn Something New Everyday
It's the 1st of September, DD2 has gone back to Nursery and DD1 is back to school tomorrow. So I'm taking a new class. I am notoriously bad at completing Shimelle's classes, so not really sure why I've signed up, but I've got this lovely little kit to keep me motivated and it's only a 6x6 format, so that should be doable, shouldn't it??

One class I am keeping up with is Scrap Your Day, and here are my August pages.

I scrapped my day!
So I did remember to take photos as per Shimelle's instructions below! And here's the final LO. Shimelle offered a sketch in oe of the prompts, so I've stuck with that and I'm quite pleased with the results. There is a stack of 6 photos on the top right hand side, so 15 photos in total.

I also finished this LO today - it's for a challenge that my UKS team are holding on UKS in June, and we've each prepared a sample. I won't say what the challenge criteria is in case anyone is looking! I think I might mat the title to make it stand out more. Also, the photo's not so dark in real life. I got the idea for the cut out under the photo from the Sassafras Lass website.
