Back in the saddle ...
... I save lots of sketches and challenge ideas in my Google Reader thinking that I will come back to them, but more often than not I don't. So when I saw this week's Pencilines sketch I knew I wanted to have a go asap! Just my sort of sketch!
I've always been quite comfortable handwriting my journalling, but of late I have been less so. If I had another of those tags I would rip it out and write it again, but I like the tag so I think I'll have to put up with my scrawl.

10am challenge Pencil Lines ...
... I'm back!
So this challenge was to use this sketch.

I've used the lefthand side as inspiration, again using SL Frugal kit.
You can win a copy of the Pencil Lines sketch book by heading over to Anna Bowkis' blog to celebrate their 200th sketch.

... there's been a change to the style of challenges over at Butterfly Crafts. Each month there will be a visual and a written challenge.
The visual this month posted on the 1st was a sketch and so here's my take.
The written challenge, posted on the 15th, was to use at least 1 of the following items:
I also made use of a PencilLines sketch.

This weekend ...
... I will be hanging out at The Studio's Charity Crop in aid of charity:water - click the link for more details. Starting at 7pm tomorrow and lasting for 48 hours there will be games, challenges, prizes and special guests including Cathy Zielske who is setting the last challenge.

Last night I took part in one of the pre-crop challenges which was to create a LO in black and white, plus one other colour taken from your photo.
I was thrilled to find out this morning that I'd won the challenge!!
I created another PencilLines LO the other day aswell, using the photo that Audrey took of us at our Scarlet Lime Retreat. We're all holding LOs made with the September kit!!

Right now ...
... inspired by prompt 3 of Blogging for Scrapbookers to make lists and have used PencilLines sketch 159.
I've had these Unity Stamp clouds for a while now and this sketch was a perfect opportunity to use them. The journalling stamp is also from Unity. I made the flower from the scrap of fabric that came with the Scarlet Lime kit.

Butterfly Crafts Challenge 15....
... is a travel inspired LO. Seeing as though I'm doing my travel album, it was a great opportunity to do another LO! I'e also used the current PencilLines sketch.
I had these cork flowers as part of a Xmas Advent swap and haven't used them up til now, but thought they were perfect for this.
A couple more LOs that I did last week - very simple.
This one is the reverse of the other, I scrapped straight onto the back of it!
