Update - all done! I've had a steep Blogger/HTML/Photoshop learning curve today. I bought a complete Blog in a Box kit for $5.49 from Sweet Shoppe Designs, but spent a bit of time tweeking about. Luckily the kit came with very comprehensive instructions, otherwise I would have been completely stuck.
